A mature leader, I have been managing projects in IT outsourcing, banking, retail, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) for 15 years. I’ve managed complex projects, led a large, distributed IT department, built IT infrastructure from scratch, and optimized the existing IT processes for a multinational retail bank.
I would say that communication and process improvement are my key strengths as well as people, change, and crisis management. I’m also skilled in building corporate IT architectures and IT development strategies. On top of that, I know how to launch and manage software development projects based on the fixed-price and T&M contracts. Lastly, I am a pro at managing divisions responsible for the support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and business applications.
